Mehri Mehdizada is a filmmaker and a second-year student in the Department of Cinema and Digital Media at Izmir University of Economics. Born in Baku, her work is shaped by a poetic interest in memory, place, and visual storytelling. She has taken part in the production of numerous short films and student projects in various creative roles, gaining experience across different stages of filmmaking. Alongside her practical work in film production, she has also been involved in several film festivals as part of the technical, guest relations, organization, and instructor teams. Beyond cinema, she explores visual expression through photography, as well as piano and painting.
